Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

• Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France: €11.95 (free above €150)
• Rest of EU: €12.95 (free above €150)
• International: €19.95

Track & Trace Every order is shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package.

Incorrect Address Contact us immediately at info@dummiedollan.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once in transit, changes are no longer possible.

Delayed or Lost Packages First check your tracking status. Then contact us at info@dummiedollan.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
